What is the process for the failsafes?

Our Blue Diamond failsafes include automated SMS updates for the passenger, GPS tracking and monitoring, and a dedicated customer support system. In case of potential issues, our system will send reminders to drivers 90 minutes before the booking. If there is no response within 30 minutes, the system will automatically call the driver. If the driver fails to respond to the calls, the system will then notify, our duty manager who will take immediate action to ensure the smooth arrival of drivers for passengers.
