These rising costs are not sustainable for drivers to absorb long term.

Why We Held Off — Until Now

At Blue Diamond Transfers, we made a conscious decision to hold off introducing any fuel-related surcharge for as long as possible.

Our goal was simple:
Protect both our clients and our drivers without compromising service.

We absorbed increased operational pressures internally, ensuring pricing remained stable and predictable for our clients.

However, with fuel prices continuing to rise, it has reached a point where maintaining this approach is no longer viable.

Introducing Temporary Fuel Relief (TFR)

To address this, we have introduced a 5% Temporary Fuel Relief (TFR) adjustment on applicable bookings.

This adjustment ensures that drivers are not operating at a loss while allowing us to maintain the high standards of service our clients expect.

Full Transparency — 100% Passed to Drivers

Every dollar of the Temporary Fuel Relief goes directly to our drivers.

Blue Diamond Transfers does not retain any portion of this adjustment.

This is not a revenue measure.
It is a driver support measure.

What This Means for Clients

  • The TFR is applied as a separate, clearly itemised line
  • There are no hidden fees or bundled charges
  • It applies only to petrol and diesel vehicles
  • Existing bookings are not affected — the adjustment applies only to new bookings

We believe in complete transparency, so clients know exactly what they are paying for and why.
