Getting Started with the Blue Diamond Passenger App

The Blue Diamond Passenger App makes it easy to book, manage, and track your chauffeur service in one place.

This guide walks you through the basics so you can get started quickly and confidently.


Downloading the App

The Blue Diamond Passenger App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

You can:

  • Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
  • Search for “Blue Diamond Transfers”

Once installed, open the app to begin setup.


Creating Your Account

To use the app, you’ll need to create an account.

During setup, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your name and contact details
  • Verify your mobile number or email
  • Create secure login credentials

Your contact details are used only for booking-related communication.


Adding a Payment Method

A valid credit card is required to make bookings through the app.

Please note:

  • We accept credit cards only
  • A $1 pre-authorisation may be placed to verify the card
  • Payment is generally processed after the trip is completed

Chauffeurs do not accept cash or card payments directly.


Booking Your First Trip

Once your account is set up, you can:

  • Book a trip immediately (ASAP), or
  • Schedule a trip for a future date and time

The app will guide you through:

  • Selecting pickup and drop-off locations
  • Choosing ASAP or scheduled booking
  • Adding notes or special instructions if needed

Keeping Your Phone On

During active bookings, it’s important to:

  • Keep your phone switched on
  • Allow notifications
  • Check messages in the app or via SMS

Chauffeurs may send messages through our secure Chatlink system to confirm pickup details or provide instructions.


Tracking Your Chauffeur

For active bookings, the app allows you to:

  • View your chauffeur’s progress
  • See estimated arrival times
  • Receive status updates

Location and timing information may adjust due to traffic or conditions.


What the App Can and Can’t Do (For Now)

At present:

  • Bookings cannot be edited directly in the app
  • Changes must be requested through our team

If you need to make a change:

Corporate account holders may manage bookings through their corporate web portal.


Security & Privacy

The app is designed with privacy in mind:

  • Personal contact details are protected
  • Secure communication channels are used
  • Information is handled in line with our privacy standards
