If you believe you may have left an item in one of our vehicles, please follow the steps below as soon as possible. Acting quickly gives us the best chance of locating the item.

What to Do If You’ve Lost an Item
If you realise an item is missing during or after your trip:
- Contact us as soon as possible

- ๐ง Email [email protected] for non-urgent follow-up
- Provide as much detail as possible, including:
- Booking reference (if available)
- Date and time of travel
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Description of the item
- Where you believe the item was left
During an Active Trip
If you notice an item is missing while the trip is still active:
- Contact us immediately by phone
- Do not attempt to contact the chauffeur directly unless instructed
- Our operations team will coordinate with the chauffeur where possible
After the Trip Is Completed
If you notice an item is missing after the trip has ended:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We will attempt to contact the chauffeur to check the vehicle
- Recovery depends on whether the item is still in the vehicle
Please note that vehicles may complete multiple bookings after your trip.
Important Things to Understand
- Blue Diamond Transfers and our chauffeurs are not responsible for items left behind
- We will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery
- Recovery is not guaranteed
- Items found may need to be collected or returned at your cost
Who We Can Communicate With
For security and privacy reasons, we can only communicate with:
- The person named on the booking, or
- The account holder
We cannot discuss lost property with third parties.
If an Item Is Found
If an item is located:
- We will advise you of the outcome
- Arrangements can be made for collection or return
- Return delivery costs may apply
Items may be held for a limited period depending on circumstances.

Always check the vehicle before exiting.
How to Reduce the Risk of Lost Property
- Double-check seats and footwells before leaving
- Check door pockets and seat-back areas
- Ensure all belongings are accounted for before exiting
