Passenger Pickup Guide — Terminal 1 International
Sydney Airport • Terminal 1 International • Priority Pickup Zone (P7)
⚠ Not for Meet & Greet Bookings
If you booked a Meet & Greet service, do not follow these directions. Your driver will be waiting inside the Arrivals Hall with a name sign before the exit doors. Check your booking confirmation for your service type.
Before You Land
Your driver is live-tracking your flight and will be ready on arrival. Do not wait at the kerbside — chauffeur vehicles cannot stop there. Your pickup is at P7 Car Park, directly across the road from the terminal.
Step-by-Step Directions
Follow the internal terminal signs for Immigration and Baggage Claim. Allow 45-90 minutes to clear customs — your driver will wait.
Collect all checked luggage from the Baggage Claim carousels. You cannot re-enter the secure area once you exit.
Proceed through customs declaration and biosecurity screening, then follow the marked path into the Arrivals Hall.
A meet-and-greet area with waiting crowds will be ahead. Do not stop. Continue straight toward the exit doors at the front of the terminal.
Push through the exit doors to the Arrivals forecourt. The P7 car park building is directly opposite you across the road.
Look for the large P7 sign on the building ahead. Use the signalised pedestrian crossing — wait for the green signal.
At the P7 entrance, find the black signage column on the left displaying Limousines, Rideshare and Public Pickup.
Walk into the covered ground-floor level of P7 — the Priority Pickup / Rideshare Zone. Vehicles wait here.
Your driver holds a sign with your name. Do not leave the zone. If you cannot find them, call the numbers below.
