When Tracking Becomes Available
Live tracking begins once:
- Your booking has been accepted by a chauffeur, and
- The status shows “Driver on the way”
At this point, the app will display:
- Your chauffeur’s live location on the map
- The route to your pickup point
- An estimated arrival time
What You’ll See on the Screen
During an active booking, the app displays:
- A moving vehicle icon showing your chauffeur’s progress
- A countdown-style estimated arrival time (e.g. “5 min”)
- Chauffeur details, including:
- First name
- Vehicle description
- Registration reference
This information updates automatically as the chauffeur travels.
Arrival Time Estimates
Estimated arrival times are calculated dynamically and may adjust due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Weather
- Access restrictions at the pickup location
Small changes in arrival time are normal and expected.
Communicating With Your Chauffeur
If needed, you can:
- Send a message using Chat with your driver in the app
- Receive messages from your chauffeur via secure in-app messaging
This is commonly used to:
- Confirm pickup points
- Clarify access instructions
- Advise of short delays
Please keep your phone switched on and notifications enabled.
Calling the Chauffeur
In some cases, a call option may be available within the app.
Calls and messages are managed through secure systems to protect privacy.
For most situations, messaging is preferred to keep communication clear and documented.
Sharing Your Trip
The app allows you to share your trip with a trusted contact.
This lets them:
- View the vehicle’s progress
- See estimated arrival and trip status
Trip sharing is optional and can be useful for:

If the Chauffeur Appears Nearby but You Can’t See Them
If the map shows the chauffeur close by but you haven’t connected yet:
- Check messages in the app
- Ensure you are at the correct pickup point
