We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for Blue Diamond Transfers—we’re spreading our wings and going international!

After years of planning and anticipation, we’re now able to facilitate international transfer bookings across the globe. This is a huge step forward for us, and we’re excited to bring our trusted services to clients worldwide.

How It Works

While this is an exciting new chapter, the booking process for international transfers is slightly different from our local services. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Booking Process
   • Unfortunately, international bookings cannot yet be made directly through the Rideminder app. But don’t worry—it’s still simple!
   • Start by completing our online booking request form.
   • Once we receive your request, we’ll work with our international partners to obtain a price for your transfer.
   • We’ll provide the quote back to you, and if you’re happy to proceed, we’ll create the booking in your client account on your behalf.
     
2. Fixed Pricing
   • All international bookings will be offered at a fixed price, ensuring transparency and no surprises.
     
3. Viewing Your Booking
   • Once your booking is created, you’ll be able to view it in both your web app and Rideminder app.
   • However, you won’t be able to modify or change the trip directly through the app.
     
4. Making Changes
   • Need to adjust your booking? No problem! Simply contact our operations team at 1300 258 847 or email [email protected], and we’ll assist you.
     
5. Payment & Cancellation Policy
   • International bookings will be charged upfront once confirmed.
   • Due to limitations with our international resources, these bookings will have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
