These failsafes help address potential issues or disruptions during the ride process.
Some common Rideminder failsafes might include:
Automated SMS Updates: Passengers typically receive real-time SMS updates with driver details, including any changes. If a driver is delayed or encounters an issue, automated notifications will keep passengers informed.
GPS Tracking and Monitoring: Rideminder often integrates GPS tracking to ensure that both drivers and passengers can be located easily, even if there are communication problems.
Support Systems: Rideminder likely includes a customer support or helpline for immediate troubleshooting if any issues arise with a ride, helping resolve problems quickly.
These failsafes ensure the system continues to operate efficiently, even if one part of the process encounters issues, thereby improving the overall reliability of the service.
Our Rideminder failsafes include automated SMS updates for the passenger, GPS tracking and monitoring, and a dedicated customer support system. In case of potential issues, our system will send reminders to drivers 90 minutes before the booking. If there is no response within 45 minutes, the system will automatically call the driver. If the driver fails to respond to the calls, the system will then notify, our duty manager who will take immediate action to ensure the smooth arrival of drivers for passengers.
