1. General Conditions of Carriage
Booking with Blue Diamond Transfers (“BDT”) confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including cancellation, refund, and payment policies.
BDT and its authorised operators and chauffeurs are not common carriers and may refuse service at their discretion. Passengers travel at their own risk.
BDT will take reasonable care to provide timely and reliable service but is not liable for delays, traffic, or events beyond its control. Passengers must follow driver instructions and comply with all laws at all times.

2. Pricing and Payments
All prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to airport charges, tolls, or fuel costs.
Quotes valid 30 days (subject to availability).
Credit cards securely stored; surcharges apply.
Prepayment or deposit may be required for special events or hourly bookings.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, after-hours pickups, public holidays or cleaning.
Gratuities are optional unless stated.

3. Bookings and Amendments
Bookings may be made online, by phone, email, or via the BDT Passenger App. Each confirmed booking receives a reference number.
Amendments must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before pickup and are subject to availability.
BDT cannot guarantee specific vehicle models but will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement if required.

4. Waiting Time and Delays
Complimentary waiting time:
10 min – Homes or Hotels
30 min – Domestic Airports
60 min – International Airports
10 min – Cruise Terminals
After these limits, waiting charges apply per hour or part thereof.
All flights are monitored in real time; waiting time begins when the aircraft lands.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
More than 8 hours before pickup – Full refund
4 – 8 hours before pickup – 50 % charge
Less than 4 hours or No Show – 100 % charge
Special Event bookings (Weddings, Formals, Concerts) are non-refundable once confirmed.
All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] during business hours and followed by a phone call.

6. Conduct and Safety
Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Chauffeurs may terminate a journey for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour without refund.
Clients are liable for any damage or cleaning costs incurred.

7. Luggage and Personal Items
Sedans accommodate two checked bags and two carry-ons.
Larger loads require a people mover or trailer at additional cost.
BDT accepts no liability for lost or damaged property.

8. Children and Pets
BDT does not supply child restraints for hygiene reasons but passengers may fit their own.
Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome under Australian law; other animals are not permitted.

9. International Bookings
For bookings outside Australia, BDT acts solely as an intermediary.
Local operators remain responsible for licensing, compliance and service delivery.
Fares are set by BDT after negotiation; BDT retains a commission and remits the balance to the operator.
Liability for service delivery rests with the local provider.

10. Insurance and Liability
BDT and its partners hold Public Liability Insurance. This does not replace personal travel insurance.
To the extent permitted by law, BDT is not liable for indirect loss, missed flights or delays outside its control.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to services delivered with due care and skill that are fit for purpose and as described.

11. Privacy, Data Protection and Communications Opt-In
BDT complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Personal information is collected only to facilitate bookings and related services and is not sold to third parties.
Opt-In Notice:
By registering an account, making a booking, or providing your contact details to BDT, you expressly consent to:
Receiving SMS messages and/or emails for the purpose of identity verification, one-time password (OTP) codes, trip confirmations and booking updates.
Being added to our mailing list to receive periodic communications about offers, specials, service updates, and important policy changes.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying “STOP” to SMS messages. Operational messages (such as trip or OTP notifications) cannot be disabled as they are necessary to complete your service.

12. Amendments and Acceptance
These Terms may be updated without notice. The current version displayed on our website supersedes all previous versions.
By booking or using our services, you accept the latest Terms & Conditions.

13. Compliance Statement (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy.
All fees and charges represent genuine cost recovery and are not punitive. Confirmed bookings will be honoured or refunded in full if BDT cannot fulfil the service.
