T1 International

The assistance animal and watering facility is available on the arrivals level of the T1 International terminal. The facility can be accessed by inbound passengers only.

It is located opposite Gate 54, just before the Heinemann Duty Free store.

T2 Domestic

New assistance animal relief facilities are available after security screening in the T2 Domestic terminal.

The facilities are located on the concourse level, adjacent to the Heinemann retail area.

Domestic Carpark

New assistance animal relief facilities are available in the Prime Park car park, conveniently located between the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals.

The Melbourne Airport Assistance Animal Relief area is located within Terminal 4 near Virgin.

When you clear security, it is located in the right hand top corner of the facility.

Turn right after security, turn left and the lego shop, continue past Sunglasses Hut and then turn right.

Proceed down the corridor to the animal relief area.

There is a grassed area to the north of the terminal off the pathway that can be used by physical assistance dogs.

The Assistance Animal Relief Area is located adjacent to the Terminal car park lifts at the southern end of the customer drop-off area.

2 Assistance Animal Relief Areas are located inside the Terminal, on level 2 in the domestic departures area (near Gate 16) and in the international departures area (near Gate 18).

Gardens outside the terminal provide comfort areas for animals.

There are two Service Animal Relief Areas at Perth Airport that provide dedicated toilet and watering facilities for assistance animals. These facilities can be found before security screening at:

Terminal 4 – ground floor, opposite check-in (behind car rental desks)
Terminal 1 – ground floor, behind check-in (enter via corridor next to check-in desk 40)

Multiple grassed area is immediately outside the Virgin Australia,, baggage area and Qantas baggage areas.

They are multiple rectangle areas of grass between the airport proper and the multi level car park’s for both airlines.

On arrival to Canberra Airport exit via either stairwell, elevator , or lift head past the baggage carousel and head through either the automatic doors or one of the push swing doors straight out onto the grassed area. Bins are nearby

An external grassed area for assistance animal toileting is provided at the southern end of the terminal (adjacent to the exit of the short term car park) Located on the right of the map as a green small area.
