Although you may be sacrifising reliablity, efficiency and even the quality of driver by using ride sharing services.
An airport shuttle service is yet another budget-friendly option that is perfect for groups. Shuttles usually have runs on a set schedule, and you can book your seat in advance. You’ll be picked up at the airport and dropped off at your destination. This is not as flexible as other options.

How do I contact Blue Diamond Transfers?
You can call 1300 258 847 during working hours for regular support and at any time after hours for emergency support. If the person has an overseas mobile phone then please call us on +611300 258 847.
Where do Blue Diamond Transfers operate?
We operate all across Australia in all major cities and many regional areas, with our head office located in Brisbane, QLD. Please try to book and if the system allows it then it means we operate there. We are constantly growing our operation due to customer demand so please let us know if you are looking at a region that we don’t currently operate in and we will try and assist you.
Account Access – Can’t Login
Are you a registered member? Please reset your password?
Please note, the password reset email will be sent to the person indicated as the recipient of all email notifications.

Do I get charged if my flight is late?
No you don’t, your time starts upon touchdown of the aircraft.
Do I pay more in heavy traffic?
No, our prices are fixed and transparent, you only pay more for unscheduled stops and if you keep the driver waiting any more than the free courtesy waiting times.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The only forms of payments we accept are VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.
Invoicing is by arrangement only
All credit card payments are processed securely using Stripe
Can I request a particular driver?
Yes you can and if that driver is available we will send him/her. Otherwise we will send another driver. Please advise us of the driver name in the Additional Information box at the bottom of the booking sheet.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes of course we do, but please note we cannot offer point of sale discounts – only volume based rebates. If you are interested to discuss this further, please email your name, email address, contact number and monthly volume of travel/number of bookings to [email protected] and someone will get back to you.
I’m an EA. Can I manage several executives through my profile?
Yes of course, all you need to do is create their profile first and then invite yourself to manage them, but you have to do this from within their own profile, once you have done this, you can manage them from your profile, you do this in the edit profile section of the member log in and its under “user management”
How to Add an Authorised Contact to Your Corporate Account
- Register the Contact:
Ask the person to create an account by visiting:

Once they’ve registered, log in to your own Rideminder account. - Access the Manage Access Menu:
Click on the Member Menu (top right corner) and select “Manage Access” from the dropdown. - Grant Access:
Click “Provide Access” and enter the email address of the person you want to authorise. - Confirmation Email Sent:
The system will automatically send them an email. They must confirm access via the link provided. - Access Granted:
Once confirmed, they can log in and select your company account by clicking on your account initials in the circle at the top of their dashboard. - Notify Blue Diamond Transfers:
For corporate accounts, please email [email protected] with the person’s full name and email, requesting they be formally linked to your company profile.
Do you charge GST on transport services for NDIS participants?
Yes – in most cases, GST will apply to transport services provided by Blue Diamond Transfers, even if the passenger is an NDIS participant.
Here’s why:
🟦 We are not an NDIS-registered provider
Blue Diamond Transfers operates as a private transport service. This means we do not fall under the NDIS Commission’s registration requirements, and we are not bound by NDIS pricing limits or rules.
As a result, our services are charged at commercial rates, and normal tax rules apply, including GST where applicable.
🟨 When is GST not charged under NDIS?
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) allows certain services to be GST-free if they meet strict criteria, even for non-registered providers.
To legally provide a GST-free transport service, all of the following must be true:

✅ The participant has an active NDIS plan.

✅ The transport is a reasonable and necessary support specifically listed in that plan.

✅ There is a written agreement between the participant (or their representative) and the provider that confirms this.

✅ The service is the kind listed as GST-free in the NDIS Minister’s Determination.
🔺 Why we still charge GST
Most bookings with Blue Diamond Transfers are general transport services – like airport runs, event travel, or medical appointments. While many of our clients are NDIS participants, these trips are usually:

Booked casually, not under a formal support agreement

Not specified line-by-line in the NDIS plan
-
Used for convenience or quality of service, not tied to a specific funding outcome
Because of this, we are legally required to charge 10% GST if we’re not meeting all four of the GST-free conditions above.
🧾 What this means for you
If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, you can still use our services and claim your trip cost back through your plan — as long as your NDIS budget allows for it and your plan manager approves the expense.
We issue tax invoices that clearly show:
