Must have own luxury vehicle (Tesla, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, BMW etc)
Luxury Sedans, Vans, SUVS and Premium Class Vehicles Only
Must have appropriate state based operator accrediations and authorisations

2. What if I don’t want my drivers using another app or platform?
We understand some operators have internal systems, but our Driver App is a mandatory requirement. It is designed to be simple, hidden-pricing optional, and highly structured. It protects you, the driver and the client by ensuring accurate, time-stamped tracking and status updates.
3. Can I complete bookings without using your app if I send my own tracking or updates?
No. External messages, screenshots or manual updates cannot replace our system workflow. The Driver App ensures GPS logs, audit trails, phone masking, consistency and compliance, which are essential for our operations and client expectations.
4. Why can’t you just trust me to track the job on my end?
It’s not about trust. It’s about consistency and risk management. When something goes wrong — a driver goes to the wrong address, arrives late, misreads instructions or miscommunicates — our system provides the accountability and clarity needed to resolve it fairly. Without that, both parties are exposed.
5. What if my drivers are confused or overwhelmed by multiple apps?
Our Driver App is intentionally simple and designed for ease of use. We can hide pricing, reduce visible data, and limit information to only what is necessary. We also provide training videos, support and onboarding assistance to make the process smooth.
6. My drivers already have their own system. Why do they have to use yours?
Your internal systems are respected, but we must maintain a unified, transparent workflow across all suppliers. This ensures equal accountability for every partner, regardless of their size or location.
7. What if my drivers make mistakes using your app?
The system is specifically designed to reduce mistakes. Clear instructions, GPS tracking, status steps and automated prompts provide structure and minimise human error. If a mistake does occur, the audit trail protects both you and the driver.
8. What if I am worried about “risking everything” for a single booking?
Our system reduces risk, it does not create it. Comments like these often indicate concerns about workflow consistency, communication or accountability. The app exists to protect you from those exact vulnerabilities.
9. Do I lose control of my drivers or business by onboarding with you?
No. You maintain full control through the supplier portal. You see every job assigned to your drivers, you manage their availability, and you decide which jobs you accept. We simply standardise the operational workflow.
10. Will my drivers see pricing or commission?
Only if you want them to. Pricing visibility can be hidden. They will only see what they need to complete the booking professionally and accurately.
11. What if I refuse to onboard my drivers?
We cannot allocate bookings to suppliers who are unwilling to follow our workflow. This protects our clients, our reputation and the consistency of our service. We prioritise partners who value professionalism, accountability and a compliant operational process.

Can I request my own rates?
Do drivers need to use your app?
Yes. All bookings must be completed through our Driver App to ensure accurate status updates, GPS tracking, masking, instructions, audit logs and accountability throughout the booking.
Can pricing be hidden from drivers?
Yes. We can restrict visibility so drivers only see the information they need to complete the transfer.
How does the supplier portal work?
The supplier portal gives you complete visibility over all bookings assigned to your drivers. You can manage drivers, check job progress, upload compliance documents and view completed transfers.
What are your expectations for professionalism?
We require clean, compliant vehicles, punctuality, correct status updates, professional presentation, good communication and adherence to instructions. Our clients expect a consistent standard nationwide.
Do you guarantee consistent work?
Not at this stage. Work volume will vary depending on region and demand. As we expand across Australia, Singapore, the Philippines and New Zealand, reliable suppliers will receive increasing opportunities.
What types of bookings do you offer?
We provide corporate, government, private, medical, VIP and event-based transfers. Jobs may include airport transfers, point-to-point, hourly charters and multi-stop itineraries.
How are jobs allocated?
Jobs are allocated based on availability, proximity, performance, compliance and reliability. Suppliers who maintain strong communication and consistently follow procedures are prioritised.
Do I need specific accreditation or licenses?
Yes. Drivers must hold the correct accreditation for their state or territory (e.g. DA, CPV, PTD). Vehicles must also meet all required safety, licensing and insurance standards.
What vehicles do you accept?
We accept a wide range of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, people movers, luxury vehicles and 11–22 seat buses. Vehicle acceptance is based on category, presentation and local licensing requirements.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payments follow our supplier payment cycle, generally processed weekly. Completed bookings must have correct status updates and must be closed properly to avoid delays.
Do I need to accept every job?
No, but reliability is important. Continually accepting only high-value jobs or declining standard bookings may affect future allocation priority.
What happens if a driver is late or goes to the wrong location?
Our system records timestamps, tracking, instructions and communication history. This ensures accurate accountability and helps resolve any disputes fairly.
Is there a penalty for incorrect or missing status updates?
Yes. Our Driver Service Level Agreement outlines penalties for repeated late responses, incorrect statuses or no-shows because accurate updates are essential for client trust and service consistency.
Can suppliers onboard multiple drivers?
Yes. You can onboard your drivers through the supplier portal. All drivers must complete verification and use the Driver App.
Do you work with sole operators or only larger companies?
Both. We partner with single-vehicle operators, medium fleets and large transport companies, as long as they meet our standards and compliance requirements.
