As a result, we will not be processing any transfer bookings for Townsville at this time. The safety of our clients, drivers, and team members is our top priority, and the current conditions make it impossible to operate our vehicles safely. Key Information: Townsville Airport Status: Closed until further notice. Transfer Services: All services to and from Townsville are temporarily suspended. Flooding and Disaster Information: For updates on the situation, please refer to the Queensland Government Disaster Dashboard or local news outlets. Support for Affected Clients: We understand that this is an incredibly challenging time, and we want to support you in any way we can. If you are affected by this situation, the following conditions apply: Free Cancellation: If you are in Townsville and had a booking to travel, free cancellation applies at this time, and you will not be charged. Free Rescheduling: Once operations recommence, we will allow free rescheduling for any affected bookings. Discounted Transfers: For customers whose flights to or from Townsville have been cancelled or diverted, we are offering discounted transfers to or from alternative airports to help you reach your destination. A Reminder to Stay Safe: Your safety is the most important thing. If you have been advised to leave, please do so safely and follow all advice issued by emergency services and government officials. Remember: If it’s flooded, forget it. Never attempt to drive or walk through floodwaters—it’s not worth the risk.
